Yes i lost weight after 3 months sweating!

Yesterday i weighed 2.6 kg lesser than 3 months ago.Yup I weighed more than 72kg b4...then after a month plus going to the gym 4 the work out my weight was the same eventhough my shape looked slimmer.

This was due to my muscle built up , luckily i had read somewhere or else it would dampen my spirit.How stupid of me to think that i can lose weight in one solid week of exercising.
